The main number is Sun's Altitude. It indicates how up in the sky the sun is from the horizon. As such negative value indicates the sun being bellow the horizon line.
A few numbers to note
| -0.833 | Sun Set/Rise |
| -18 | Esha/Subh Sadik Time |
Indicates local time. As such Duhr/Zawwal is always when the sun crosses 180 degrees of Azimuth. And at 360, it's mid night.
For a crescent to be visible, the first condition is that Moon's Azimuth
should be greater than Sun's Azimuth on the time of sighting. Basically new moon is defined by when it crosses the sun in Azimuth.
.
And then Moon's Altitude should also be greater than Sun's at the time of sighting. Otherwise the moon will set before the sun at that location.
.
These data will be helpful to find the moon for signing on the first day of Islamic month.
